Terms and Conditions
This agreement contains the Terms and Conditions that apply to an individual or organisation's participation in the scubadivingshop.co.uk affiliate programme.
Joining the scubadivingshop.co.uk affiliate programme
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate this agreement if we determine that the affiliate site is unsuitable for the affiliate programme.
Commission
Affiliates earn commission based on all fulfilled orders generated through the site, providing that the customer enters scubadivingshop.co.uk through any link that contains the unique scubadivingshop.co.uk affiliates ID. Commission is calculated from the product sale price excluding shipping, handling and VAT where applicable, any refunds made to customers will result in the commission being returned to us by deducting from future commission payments.
The rate of commission will depend on your own web site prescence and will be decided on prior to the affilate approval process, it ranges from 1% to 2.5%.
Payment
We will pay commission (plus VAT if you have provided a valid VAT number) by cheque on a monthly basis. If the fee payable for any calendar month is less than £50, we will roll this over to the following month until the total amount due is at least £50. If a product that generated a referral fee is returned by the customer for refund, then the relevant fees will be debited from the affiliates account. All payments will be made in GB Pounds Sterling.
Responsibility for your site
We will periodically provide the affiliates with guidelines, graphical artwork and information on special promotions which may run from time to time. It is the responsibility of the affiliate to ensure that all links to scubadivingshop.co.uk properly utilise the unique affiliate ID. We will not be liable, with respect to any failure by the affiliate to use the unique Affiliate ID, or for incorrect implementation of links to scubadivingshop.co.uk.
Order processing
We reserve the right to reject any order at our discretion.
Terms of the Agreement
The terms of this agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your application, and will end when terminated by either party. Either you or we may end this agreement at any time, by giving the other party email notice of termination. We may withhold your final payment for a reasonable time to ensure that the correct amount is paid, allowing for a statutory period for possible customer returns.
Modification
We reserve the right to modify any of the Terms and Conditions contained in this agreement, at any time, at our sole discretion. If this is necessary, for whatever reason, any changes will be documented here. If at any point any modification is unacceptable to you, then you will be given the option to end this agreement.
Limitation of Liability
We make no representation that the operation of our site will be uninterrupted or error free, and hence will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.
